Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Alice Cakes website.

2. Orders

Orders are placed via the contact form. After receiving your inquiry, you will receive a response with an individual quote within 24 hours.

3. Deposit

To confirm an order, a deposit of 30% of the total price is due, payable via Twint or by arrangement.

4. Final Payment

Preference is given to settling the remaining balance at the time of delivery/pickup. If this is not possible, the customer has a maximum of 5 days after the delivery/pickup date to complete full payment.

5. Delivery / Pickup

Pickup is available in Cham, Canton Zug, by arrangement. Delivery is available for an additional charge by arrangement.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days before the agreed delivery/pickup date. For later cancellations, the deposit is forfeited.

7. Allergens

All products are made in a kitchen where nuts, gluten, milk and eggs are also processed. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances when placing your order.

8. Liability

Individual design requests are executed to the best of our knowledge and ability; minor deviations from the reference image are possible.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zug.
